Return and Exchange Period
You may return or exchange items in proper condition within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging, preserving their condition, tags, and seals.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
Exchange for Defective Items
If a defect is found, the item can be exchanged for an identical one if available.
If the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered.
Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 30 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized, custom-made products.
Items listed as non-returnable under Russian Federation law.
